class=\"wp-caption-text\">Lac Sup\u00e9rieur de Frudi\u00e8re<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Le sentier <strong>1A<\/strong> part de <strong>Weismatten<\/strong> et arrive au <strong>col de Frudi\u00e8re (2271m)<\/strong>. Il mesure <strong>3480 m <\/strong> de long et le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif total est de <strong>533 m.<\/strong><br \/>\nLa dur\u00e9e indicative de l&rsquo;ascension est de <strong>1 h 45<\/strong>. Le sentier est class\u00e9 de difficult\u00e9 E selon le cadastre des sentiers, mais cette \u00e9valuation doit certainement \u00eatre revue, compte tenu de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat actuel de la partie finale. D\u00e8s la sortie du r\u00e9servoir, le sentier contourne l&rsquo;\u00e9paule de <em>Punta Weismatten<\/em>, traverse une grande vall\u00e9e rocheuse, monte le long de l&rsquo;\u00e9paule du <em>Monte Taf <\/em> et, apr\u00e8s avoir atteint le <em>col du Taf<\/em>, descend vers le <strong>col de la Frudi\u00e8re<\/strong> et ses merveilleux <strong>lacs du m\u00eame nom<\/strong> (en \u00e9t\u00e9, il est fr\u00e9quent d&rsquo;y voir quelques t\u00e9m\u00e9raires y plonger).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Attention<\/strong>: il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un sentier peu exigeant sur le plan physique, compte tenu de sa longueur et de son faible d\u00e9nivel\u00e9, mais <strong>il ne faut pas sous-estimer<\/strong> le dernier tron\u00e7on, en descente vers le col de Frudi\u00e8re depuis le col Taf, car il est extr\u00eamement raide et assez glissant, en raison des graviers et des petits rochers empil\u00e9s qui rendent le passage peu stable. Le sentier est certes exigeant, mais pas autant que cet avertissement (avec un point d&rsquo;exclamation !) le laisserait craindre&#8230;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_24248\" style=\"width: 505px\" versant sud du Mont Taf en passant par le <strong>Colletto Taf (2406m<\/strong>), un passage entre les rochers prot\u00e9g\u00e9 par une rambarde en c\u00e2ble d&rsquo;acier qui offre une vue
