class=\"wp-caption-text\">Le cairn du sommet de Punta Valfredda, 2941m.<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Le sentier <strong>5<\/strong> part du hameau de <strong>Bino <\/strong> et arrive \u00e0 <strong>Punta Valfredda (2941 m)<\/strong>, en passant d&rsquo;abord par le col de <strong>Valnera\/Valdonier (2676 m)<\/strong>. Il mesure <strong>5561 m de<\/strong> long et le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif total est de <strong>1552 m.<\/strong><br \/>\nLa dur\u00e9e approximative de l&rsquo;ascension est de <strong>4h38<\/strong>. Le sentier est class\u00e9 dans la cat\u00e9gorie de difficult\u00e9 <strong>EE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Le col de Valnera relie la vall\u00e9e du Lys \u00e0 Palasina, au-dessus de Brusson, dans le Val D&rsquo;Ayas. Le sentier part entre deux trous du terrain de golf juste en amont du village de Gressoney-Saint-Jean, \u00e0 gauche de la route nationale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Malgr\u00e9 le fait que ce soit un sentier qui commence pratiquement dans le village, il est tr\u00e8s peu utilis\u00e9 et traverse un paysage aride et solitaire avec quelques alpages abandonn\u00e9s et en ruine. Depuis le col Valnera, on peut rejoindre, si l&rsquo;on ne souhaite pas poursuivre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la Punta Valfredda, la <strong>Punta Valnera (2754m),<\/strong> plus proche , moins pittoresque mais non moins appr\u00e9ciable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La suite vers Punta Valfredda se d\u00e9roule presque enti\u00e8rement \u00e0 gauche de la cr\u00eate : elle ne pr\u00e9sente pas de difficult\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res, mais elle n&rsquo;est pas clairement marqu\u00e9e, et il faut pouvoir identifier le sentier en suivant des cairns et des balises color\u00e9es clairsem\u00e9es (c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;ailleurs ce tron\u00e7on qui a fait la difficult\u00e9 du sentier de l&rsquo;EE).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Une fois arriv\u00e9 au sommet de Punta Valfredda, vous aurez une vue imprenable sur le <strong>Mont Rose<\/strong>, le <strong>Corno Vitello <\/strong>tout proche (accessible par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/col-de-valfredda-2807m-sentier-5a\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 5A<\/span>\n                <\/a> et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/corno-vitello-3057m-sentier-5b\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 5B<\/span>\n                <\/a>) et le <strong>Testa Grigia<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/testa-grigia-3315m-sentier-6\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 6<\/span>\n                <\/a>) : du c\u00f4t\u00e9 d&rsquo;Ayas, on peut observer les <strong>lacs de Valfredda, les lacs de Palasina, le Corno Bussola<\/strong> et, en cherchant bien car il est cach\u00e9 par la pente, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rifugioarp.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">refuge Arp<\/a> tout proche (facilement accessible depuis le Colle Valnera). En revanche, en regardant vers le sud, on aper\u00e7oit \u00e9videmment Punta Valnera et le col de l&rsquo;Eclou (que l&rsquo;on peut normalement atteindre par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/gressoney-saint-jean-sentier-4-bocchetta-di-eclou\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking Apr\u00e8s environ deux cents m\u00e8tres de terrain en pente, le sentier atteint le pied de la montagne et p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la for\u00eat dense de m\u00e9l\u00e8zes, avec d&#8217;embl\u00e9e un for\u00eat, puis tu sors de la limite des arbres vers 1890 m\u00e8tres, en continuant \u00e0 grimper le long du sentier, qui est toujours assez sinueux. \u00c0 une altitude d&rsquo;environ <strong>2053 m<\/strong> , nous arrivons \u00e0 la cabane inhabit\u00e9e de <strong>Valnera Inferiore<\/strong>, le point o\u00f9 le sentier 5 croise le <a On continue \u00e0 grimper, passant d&rsquo;une anfractuosit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre, esp\u00e9rant toujours apercevoir la colline, qui n&rsquo;appara\u00eet jamais. <strong>Punta Valfredda<\/strong>, tu peux opter pour le plus proche de chez toi. <strong>Punta Valnera.<\/strong> Ce point n&rsquo;est pas visible depuis le col : il faut suivre le sentier. <em>5\/6A en direction des lacs d&rsquo;Estoul. <\/em>\u00c0 environ 15 minutes du col, tu arrives \u00e0 une bifurcation : vers le refuge de l&rsquo;Arp, tu vas \u00e0 gauche, o\u00f9 apr\u00e8s une courte mont\u00e9e, tu arrives au <strong>Collet Valnera <\/strong>plac\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>2681m. <\/strong>Ici, le sentier 6A descend du Collet pour continuer en direction des lacs d&rsquo;Estoul visibles, mais tu peux plut\u00f4t suivre le chemin tr\u00e8s clair (et friable) \u00e0 gauche\/nord-ouest qui monte jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 <strong>Punta Valnera (2754 m). <\/strong>Il est conseill\u00e9 style=\"text-align: left;\">En regardant vers le nord, tu peux voir une longue ar\u00eate qui tourne vers le nord-ouest, jamais raide de ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 et assez rocailleuse : c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;itin\u00e9raire vers <strong>Punta Valfredda (2941m)<\/strong>. Le sentier est indiqu\u00e9 par plusieurs cairns diss\u00e9min\u00e9s pas tr\u00e8s r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, et doit \u00eatre rep\u00e9r\u00e9 avec soin. Il est important de toujours essayer de ramasser le cairn suivant avant d&rsquo;abandonner le pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent : ce n&rsquo;est pas toujours possible, il faut parfois proc\u00e9der par intuition et peut-\u00eatre \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 faire demi-tour \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion lorsqu&rsquo;on se rend compte que l&rsquo;itin\u00e9raire emprunt\u00e9 ne m\u00e8ne pas \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres cairns. Ce n&rsquo;est pas un hasard si le sentier 5 est class\u00e9 <strong>EE <\/strong>pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 cause de ce dernier tron\u00e7on.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Le chemin reste toujours \u00e0 gauche de la ligne de cr\u00eate : presque au d\u00e9but, tu tombes sur une \u00e9tendue de gros rochers qui peuvent \u00eatre surmont\u00e9s assez facilement (dans la partie inf\u00e9rieure) \u00e0 condition d&#8217;emprunter l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de droite, indiqu\u00e9e par des fl\u00e8ches et des boulons jaunes peints sur les gros rochers.<\/p>\n<p>Comme d&rsquo;habitude dans ce genre de cas, le meilleur conseil est d&#8217;emporter une carte sur ton t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable avec une trace GPX charg\u00e9e afin de pouvoir voir o\u00f9 tu te trouves par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;itin\u00e9raire \u00e0 suivre, et de la consulter fr\u00e9quemment pour corriger ta position si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>Sur la photo, prise depuis Punta Valfredda, tu peux voir toute Le matin, j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 un grand troupeau de moutons dans un enclos \u00e0 Valnera Inferiore, gard\u00e9 par plusieurs bergers de Maremme qui, depuis l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;enclos, aboyaient furieusement contre l&rsquo;envahisseur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que je me tienne \u00e0 proximit\u00e9. Au retour, \u00e0 Valnera Superiore, j&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 le m\u00eame troupeau en libert\u00e9, y compris les chiens : je me suis approch\u00e9e avec prudence, mais la pr\u00e9sence du berger a fait que les merveilleux chiens m&rsquo;ont \u00e0 peine jet\u00e9 un coup d&rsquo;\u0153il :-).<\/p>\n<p>J&rsquo;ai rep\u00e9r\u00e9 plusieurs bouquetins le long de l&rsquo;ar\u00eate finale et sous
