Le col de la Bocchetta de Eclou relie le Val d&rsquo;Ayas au bassin des <strong>lacs d&rsquo;Estoul<\/strong>, que l&rsquo;on peut rejoindre en tr\u00e8s peu de temps par le <em>sentier 6B du Val d&rsquo;Ayas<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois \u00e0 la Bocchetta, il est possible d&rsquo;atteindre, en une heure environ, la <strong>Punta Valnera<\/strong> <strong>(2754 m), <\/strong>l&rsquo;un des sommets situ\u00e9s juste au-dessus du village de Gressoney-Saint-Jean (parfaitement visible depuis le sommet). Tu peux y acc\u00e9der de deux fa\u00e7ons : soit en empruntant un sentier de cr\u00eate assez exigeant (par la suite du sentier 4), soit en suivant un itin\u00e9raire alternatif sans aucune difficult\u00e9 technique qui atteint le <strong>Colletto Valnera<\/strong> et monte ensuite directement \u00e0 la Punta.<\/p>\n<p>Punta Valnera se trouve \u00e0 environ une demi-heure du <strong>Colle Valnera (2676 m)<\/strong>, accessible depuis le fond de la vall\u00e9e par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/punta-valfredda-2941m-sentier-5\/\" On peut rejoindre l&rsquo;Alpe Gruebe par deux itin\u00e9raires diff\u00e9rents, l&rsquo;un \u00e0 gauche et l&rsquo;autre \u00e0 droite (en effet, il existe deux s\u00e9ries distinctes de balisages jaunes, probablement datant d&rsquo;\u00e9poques diff\u00e9rentes). Je suis toujours le sentier de droite, qui monte en longeant la lisi\u00e8re entre la prairie et les rochers situ\u00e9s \u00e0 droite : on y trouve de nombreux balisages jaunes et des cairns. Bocchetta, il faut environ une heure pour atteindre <strong>Punta Valnera (2754m), en <\/strong>suivant deux itin\u00e9raires diff\u00e9rents de difficult\u00e9 variable.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Le premier <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">(en rouge sur la carte ci-dessous)<\/span> suit la suite du sentier 4 le long de la cr\u00eate menant au sommet : d\u00e9finitivement d\u00e9conseill\u00e9 aux personnes souffrant de vertige, car il y a trois passages d&rsquo;escalade faciles, mais l&rsquo;un d&rsquo;entre eux est assez expos\u00e9 (en rouge sur la carte ci-dessous).<\/li>\n<li>Le second <span style=\"color: #ffff00;\">(repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en jaune sur la carte ci-dessous)<\/span>, sans aucune difficult\u00e9 technique, quitte la cr\u00eate apr\u00e8s quelques m\u00e8tres, en descendant \u00e0 flanc de coteau du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du Val D&rsquo;Ayas, et continue pratiquement tout droit jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 croiser le <em>sentier 6A du Val d&rsquo;Ayas<\/em>, qui monte depuis les lacs d&rsquo;Estoul. Eclou jusqu&rsquo;au <strong>Mont Nery<\/strong>, sur les <strong>lacs d&rsquo;Estoul<\/strong>, le Mont <strong>Bieteron<\/strong> au-del\u00e0 du Colletto Valfredda \u00e0 l&rsquo;ouest, le vall\u00e9e par le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/portfolio-item\/gressoney-saint-jean-sentiero-5-punta-valfredda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sentier 5<\/a>, en descendant jusqu&rsquo;au <strong>Col de Valnera<\/strong> <strong>(2675 m) <\/strong>, qui se trouve au nord de Punta Valnera.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_24147-2\" style=\"width: 278px\" class=\"wp-caption vers le sud (\u00e0 gauche en descendant du pic), il faut prendre la direction oppos\u00e9e (nord, \u00e0 droite en descendant du pic). Descends dans la cuvette en contrebas, et suis le sentier jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une bifurcation (indiqu\u00e9e par des marques jaunes claires) qui indique la direction de la <strong>5C<\/strong> qui descend, \u00e0 gauche, vers le refuge de l&rsquo;Arp dans le Val D&rsquo;Ayas. Je les ai surmont\u00e9s sans probl\u00e8me particulier, mais ils m&rsquo;ont parfois emp\u00each\u00e9 de suivre le bon sentier.<\/li>\n<li>J&rsquo;ai rep\u00e9r\u00e9 (et photographi\u00e9 comme toujours de trop loin) un troupeau de chamois sur un petit champ de neige au-dessus de l&rsquo;Albe Gruebe.<\/li>\n<li>J&rsquo;ai perdu le sentier juste au-dessus de l&rsquo;alpage de Gruebe, en suivant de vagues traces qui se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9es fausses, mais j&rsquo;ai heureusement r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 le retrouver juste au-dessus gr\u00e2ce au trac\u00e9 GPS que j&rsquo;avais t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9 sur mon t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable.<\/li>\n<li>En descendant la Valnera d\u00e9serte, j&rsquo;ai rencontr\u00e9 une femelle bouquetin avec un magnifique petit qui se tenait debout en me regardant avec \u00e9tonnement, me laissant m&rsquo;approcher de tr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div  class='flex_column
