Le sentier est class\u00e9 dans la cat\u00e9gorie de difficult\u00e9 <strong>EE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Les cols Valdobbiola et Alpetto sont situ\u00e9s au bout d&rsquo;une vall\u00e9e au-dessus du hameau de <strong>Rong<\/strong> qui bifurque en forme de Y pour aboutir \u00e0 ces deux cols s\u00e9par\u00e9s l&rsquo;un de l&rsquo;autre par le long \u00e9peron rocheux de la <strong>Cresta Rossa (2986m<\/strong>)<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_24189\" style=\"width: 210px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/DSF2142.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-24189\" class=\"wp-image-9009 size-medium\" title=\"L'\u00e9troite \u00e9chancrure du col de l'Alpetto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/DSF2142-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"L'\u00e9troite \u00e9chancrure du col de l'Alpetto\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/DSF2142-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/DSF2142-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/DSF2142-687x1030.jpg 687w, https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/DSF2142-470x705.jpg 470w, https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/DSF2142.jpg 1000w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-24189\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">L&rsquo;\u00e9troite \u00e9chancrure du col de l&rsquo;Alpetto<\/p><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ces deux cols ont \u00e9t\u00e9 peu fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s depuis les temps anciens, car pour se rendre \u00e0 Valsesia, il \u00e9tait beaucoup plus pratique de passer par le col de Valdobbia en empruntant le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/ospizio-sottile-2480m-sentier-11\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 11<\/span>\n                <\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Le sentier qui monte vers les deux cols est le num\u00e9ro 9, commun au d\u00e9part aux deux destinations : une fois arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 la cabane de <strong>Schen\u00e9biel <\/strong><strong>(2318 m\u00e8tres)<\/strong>, le sentier 9 continue \u00e0 gauche et m\u00e8ne au col de l&rsquo;Alpetto (d\u00e9crit sur cette page), tandis qu&rsquo;\u00e0 droite part le court <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/col-de-valdobbiola-2635m-sentier-9a\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 9A<\/span>\n                <\/a>, qui m\u00e8ne au col de Valdobbiola (2635 m).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Les sentiers 9 et 9A sont presque toujours bien fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s, mais tr\u00e8s peu utilis\u00e9s : la petite vall\u00e9e qui monte au col Alpetto est moins aride que celle qui m\u00e8ne au col Valdobbiola, mais le dernier ravin situ\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement en dessous du col est extr\u00eamement isol\u00e9, sans aucune vue sur le fond de la vall\u00e9e, et le col microscopique, inhospitalier et souvent glac\u00e9 ne t&rsquo;invite certainement pas \u00e0 y rester longtemps. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;itin\u00e9raire id\u00e9al pour tous ceux qui aiment les paysages sauvages et absolument solitaires.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Depuis le col de l&rsquo;Alpetto, tu peux continuer vers la <strong>Cresta Rossa<\/strong> en suivant le <em>sentier 1B de<\/em> Valsesia, en montant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 un <strong>petit col \u00e0 2860 m (\u00ab\u00a0bocchetta\u00a0\u00bb)<\/strong>, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 tu peux descendre vers le col de Valdobbiola, et de l\u00e0, continuer \u00e0 descendre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 Schen\u00e9biel, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 tu reviens par le sentier 9 de l&rsquo;aller. La liaison entre les deux cols n&rsquo;est pas triviale, bien qu&rsquo;elle soit bien marqu\u00e9e : il faut savoir s&rsquo;orienter sur des pentes raides et croulantes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div Garde un \u0153il sur la carte de ton t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable, en gardant \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit que le sentier, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e0 nouveau travers\u00e9 un ruisseau \u00e0 gu\u00e9, se dirige progressivement vers la gauche de la petite vall\u00e9e, en grimpant sur son flanc vers la fin.<\/p>\n<p>Au-dessus du ravin, on atteint une premi\u00e8re corniche \u00e0 droite d&rsquo;un petit creux avec un \u00e9boulis : le sentier contourne le creux par la gauche, en restant presque horizontal sur un tron\u00e7on, puis en grimpant sur la marche suivante.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_24187\" Remonte le petit vallon court en suivant les marques : le sentier reste d&rsquo;abord \u00e0 gauche, \u00e0 la limite entre l&rsquo;herbe et la roche, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 franchir un ressaut au-del\u00e0 duquel on aper\u00e7oit enfin le col de l&rsquo;Alpetto. L\u00e0, il faut faire extr\u00eamement attention, car il y a une fl\u00e8che sur le sentier que tu peux \u00e0 peine distinguer, et si tu ne la vois pas, tu te diriges vers un vieux sentier qui aboutit au milieu de nulle part.
