<strong>Stafal (1840 m)<\/strong> et arrive au <strong>Col de Bettolina Inf\u00e9rieur (2906 m)<\/strong>. Il est long de <strong>4708<\/strong> m et le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif total est de <strong>1088 m.<\/strong><br \/>\nLa dur\u00e9e approximative de l&rsquo;ascension est de <strong>3h15<\/strong>. Le sentier est class\u00e9 dans la cat\u00e9gorie de difficult\u00e9 <strong>E<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le sentier 1 est l&rsquo;un des sentiers les moins fr\u00e9quent\u00e9s de la vall\u00e9e, et il est donc r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 ceux qui veulent faire une randonn\u00e9e solitaire avec une probabilit\u00e9 fond\u00e9e de ne pas rencontrer \u00e2me qui vive, du d\u00e9but \u00e0 la fin.<\/p>\n<p>Outre la fin du sentier 1, le<strong> col de Bettolina inf\u00e9rieur<\/strong> se trouve \u00e9galement sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/gressoney-la-trinite-sentier-9-quintino-sella\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 9,<\/span>\n                <\/a> qui m\u00e8ne au refuge Quintino Sella. Le sentier 1 est donc une excellente alternative si tu veux te rendre au refuge de Quintino Sella par un chemin r\u00e9solument sauvage, o\u00f9 les seuls signes de modernit\u00e9 sont ceux que nous sur la carte ci-dessous.<\/p>\n<p>Ces d\u00e9tournements peuvent bien s\u00fbr aussi se faire en montant : tu montes depuis le sentier 7, et une fois que tu as atteint l&rsquo;alpage de Cortlys, tu tournes \u00e0 gauche, en suivant le sentier qui traverse le Lys et rejoint finalement le sentier 1.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div  class='avia-button-wrap
