Il a une longueur de <strong>2400 <\/strong>m. Si tu le parcours dans cette direction, tu montes de <strong>177 m<\/strong> et tu descends de <strong>269 m<\/strong>. Dans le sens inverse, c&rsquo;est naturellement 269m de mont\u00e9e et 177m de descente.<br \/>\nLa dur\u00e9e approximative de l&rsquo;itin\u00e9raire est de <strong>1h00<\/strong>. Le sentier est <strong>class\u00e9 <\/strong>dans la cat\u00e9gorie de difficult\u00e9 <strong>EE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est un court sentier de liaison, qui rejoint presque horizontalement deux sentiers : le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/bivouac-gastaldi-2625m-sentier-3\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 3<\/span>\n                <\/a>, qui m\u00e8ne de Gressoney-La-Trinit\u00e9 au bivouac Gastaldi, et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/gressoney-saint-jean-sentier-8-col-de-rissuolo\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 8<\/span>\n                <\/a>, qui m\u00e8ne de Biela, un hameau de Gressoney-Saint-Jean, au col de Rissuolo. Tu passes plusieurs \u00e9paules, acc\u00e9dant \u00e0 chaque fois \u00e0 une nouvelle petite vall\u00e9e diff\u00e9rente, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que tu arrives en vue des cabanes inf\u00e9rieures de Ciampono.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a quelques points o\u00f9 une corde permet de passer en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : dans l&rsquo;un d&rsquo;eux, la corde est certainement utile en cas de pluie, car le sentier est pour un tr\u00e8s court tron\u00e7on assez raide, et donc potentiellement glissant. En revanche, \u00e0 l&rsquo;autre endroit, la corde longe une partie tr\u00e8s raide du sentier.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque tu suivras ce sentier, tu reviendras in\u00e9vitablement dans la vall\u00e9e en un point \u00e9loign\u00e9 du d\u00e9part : les deux points sont reli\u00e9s par le sentier 15, qui longe le fond de la vall\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<div  class='avia-button-wrap
