Il mesure <b>5 624 m <\/b>de long <b>et <\/b>le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif total est de <strong>772 m<\/strong>.<br \/>\nLa dur\u00e9e estim\u00e9e de l&rsquo;ascension est de <strong>2 h 50<\/strong>. Le sentier est class\u00e9 dans la cat\u00e9gorie de difficult\u00e9 <strong>E<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Attention : jusqu&rsquo;en juin 2026, ce sentier s&rsquo;arr\u00eatait au col Zube. Depuis juin 2026, le sentier a \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9 en deux : le tron\u00e7on allant du fond de la vall\u00e9e au Gabiet porte le num\u00e9ro <strong>4<\/strong>, tandis que celui reliant le Gabiet au col Zube est d\u00e9sormais le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/col-zube-2-871-m-sentier-4b\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 4B<\/span>\n                <\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le sentier part de Gressoney-La-Trinit\u00e9 et traverse le magnifique <em>vallon du N\u00e9tsch\u00f2 ; il remonte <\/em>jusqu&rsquo;au barrage du lac Gabiet, longe le lac et, \u00e0 partir de l\u00e0, il co\u00efncide pendant un certain temps avec le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/col-dolen-2881m-sentier-6\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 6<\/span>\n                <\/a> qui m\u00e8ne au col d&rsquo;Olen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le lac Gabiet<\/strong> est un lac naturel qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 ferm\u00e9 par un barrage en 1921 pour alimenter <a href=\"https:\/\/cvaspa.it\/dighe-del-gabiet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">la centrale hydro\u00e9lectrique de Gressoney<\/a>. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, c&rsquo;est une destination tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e, surtout par les familles, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la large rive herbeuse qui longe le c\u00f4t\u00e9 nord-ouest (qui permet de pique-niquer en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pendant l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9) et \u00e0 la <strong>grande disponibilit\u00e9 de refuges dans la r\u00e9gion<\/strong> : le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/refuges\/#gabsee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bar Ristoro Gabiet See<\/a>, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/refuges\/#rifugiogab\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rifugio Gabiet <\/a>d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/refuges\/#delponte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">l&rsquo;Albergo Del Ponte<\/a> (o\u00f9 il est possible de passer la nuit) et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/refuges\/#adlers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">refuge Adler&rsquo;s Nest.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>En suivant le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/col-salza-2882m-sentier-6b\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 6B<\/span>\n                <\/a>, il faut environ une heure de marche pour atteindre un autre refuge avec h\u00e9bergement pour la nuit, l&rsquo;<a
