<strong>Stafal <\/strong>et arrive aux <strong>Sources du Lys (2417 m)<\/strong>. Il mesure <strong>3304 m <\/strong>et le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif total est de <strong>571 m.<\/strong><br \/>\nLa dur\u00e9e approximative de l&rsquo;ascension est de <strong>1h44<\/strong>. Le sentier est class\u00e9 dans la cat\u00e9gorie de difficult\u00e9 <strong>EE<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce sentier est l&rsquo;un des plus populaires aupr\u00e8s des familles de randonneurs : il est relativement court et te permet d&rsquo;arriver en peu de temps \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re entre la montagne \u00ab\u00a0normale\u00a0\u00bb et la montagne glaciaire, dans un endroit peu commun et vraiment spectaculaire. Le parcours est magnifique : bien qu&rsquo;il se d\u00e9veloppe au-dessus de la <a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Linea_degli_alberi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">limite des arbres<\/a> \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un certain point, il traverse des milieux luxuriants et fleuris, gr\u00e2ce au Lys qui irrigue constamment et abondamment le sol.<\/p>\n<p>En termes de difficult\u00e9s techniques, le sentier est plut\u00f4t doux au d\u00e9but et ne se raidit que vers la fin, o\u00f9 un tr\u00e8s court tron\u00e7on \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;une corde pour aider \u00e0 surmonter quelques rochers faciles qui pourraient \u00eatre glissants justifie le niveau de l&rsquo;EE et donne un frisson d&rsquo;h\u00e9ro\u00efsme aux enfants qui s&rsquo;y Tu arrives bient\u00f4t \u00e0 un plateau, annonc\u00e9 par quelques b\u00e2timents visibles depuis le sentier, o\u00f9 se trouve la belle <strong>Alpe Cortlys <\/strong><strong>(1993m<\/strong>).
