Il mesure <strong>3338 m de<\/strong> long et le d\u00e9nivel\u00e9 positif total est de <strong>539 m.<\/strong><br \/>\nLa dur\u00e9e approximative de l&rsquo;ascension est de <strong>1h40<\/strong>. Le sentier est class\u00e9 dans la cat\u00e9gorie de difficult\u00e9 <strong>E<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Attention : jusqu&rsquo;en juin 2026, ce sentier portait le num\u00e9ro <strong>7A<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/refuges\/#adlers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Adler&rsquo;s Nest<\/a> est le nom actuel du \u00ab\u00a0Rifugio del Lys\u00a0\u00bb, construit en 1906 par le CAI (Club Alpin Italien) de Gallarate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cartolinedairifugi.it\/regioni\/valledaosta\/lys-al-gabiet-rifugio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(tu trouveras ici plus d&rsquo;informations, et quelques photos<\/a> montrant le refuge \u00e0 ses d\u00e9buts). Il se trouve \u00e0 deux pas de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitmonterosa.com\/biglietti-andata-e-ritorno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">t\u00e9l\u00e9cabine Stafal-Gabiet<\/a>, du lac Gabiet et des autres refuges\/restaurants pr\u00e9sents dans la r\u00e9gion : le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/refuges\/#gabsee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bar Ristoro Gabiet See<\/a>, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/refuges\/#rifugiogab\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rifugio Gabiet<\/a> (o\u00f9 il est possible de passer la nuit) et l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/refuges\/#delponte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Albergo Del Ponte<\/a> (o\u00f9 il est possible de passer la nuit). Si tu veux aller plus loin, suis le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/col-salza-2882m-sentier-6b\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 6B<\/span>\n                <\/a> en une heure de marche environ jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une autre cabane avec h\u00e9bergement pour la nuit, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/refuges\/#oresteshutte\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Orestes Hutte <\/a>(cuisine exclusivement v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne).<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;Adler&rsquo;s Nest est le point de d\u00e9part de nombreux sentiers menant aux diff\u00e9rentes destinations de ce versant : parmi les principales, <em>l&rsquo;Alta Luce (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/alta-luce-hochliecht-3184-m-sentier-7c\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 7C<\/span>\n                <\/a>), le Lago Blu et la Punta Telcio (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/sentieri\/gressoney-la-trinite-sentiero-7b-punta-telcio\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 2<\/span>\n                <\/a>), le refuge Citt\u00e0 di Mantova et la capanna Gnifetti (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/refuges-mantova-3455m-et-gnifetti-3647m-sentier-6a\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 6A<\/span>\n                <\/a>), le col Zube et le Rothore\/Corno Rosso (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/sentieri\/gressoney-la-trinite-sentiero-4-passo-zube\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 4<\/span>\n                <\/a>), le col d&rsquo;Olen et le Col des Salati (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/fr\/sentieri\/col-dolen-2881m-sentier-6\/\" class=\"sentiero-chip clickable-chip\">\n                    <i class=\"fas fa-hiking chip-icon-fa\"><\/i> \n                    <span class=\"chip-label\">SENTIER 6<\/span>\n                <\/a>). <\/em> <\/p>\n<p>Comme la station d&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e du t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique est si proche, rares sont ceux qui d\u00e9cident de s&rsquo;y rendre par le sentier 11, qui part de Stafal et remonte tout le long du vallon de Moos, \u00e0 deux pas du trac\u00e9 du t\u00e9l\u00e9ph\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>Moi non plus, je n&rsquo;ai jamais mont\u00e9 ce sentier, sauf une fois en f\u00e9vrier 2021, lors du confinement pour le Covid : en fait, comme il \u00e9tait compl\u00e8tement enneig\u00e9, je n&rsquo;ai pas suivi tout le sentier, mais pour les deux derniers tiers, j&rsquo;ai simplement remont\u00e9 la piste de ski de Moos.<\/p>\n<p>Au lieu de cela, je l&rsquo;ai parcouru en descente plusieurs fois, ce qui me permet de donner ici quelques grandes indications. J&rsquo;ai en tout cas remarqu\u00e9 que c&rsquo;est un sentier sans la moindre difficult\u00e9 technique, tr\u00e8s doux pendant les deux premiers tiers puis assez raide dans le dernier tiers, tr\u00e8s bien balis\u00e9 au moins dans la deuxi\u00e8me moiti\u00e9 (\u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on quitte la piste de Moos). Je n&rsquo;ai jamais parcouru le tron\u00e7on initial, car je suis toujours rest\u00e9 sur le chemin de terre de la piste Moos qui lui est pratiquement parall\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<div id=\"gtx-trans\" On s&rsquo;enfonce dans les arbres, on traverse le ruisseau sur un nouveau pont, on remonte encore et on traverse un deuxi\u00e8me petit pont : jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce point, la pente a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 assez douce, mais \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;ici commence une mont\u00e9e assez raide, avec d&rsquo;\u00e9troits virages en \u00e9pingle \u00e0 cheveux, gr\u00e2ce auxquels on franchit un palier d&rsquo;environ 200 m\u00e8tres de d\u00e9nivel\u00e9.
