Not surprisingly, three buildings of some historical significance are located in the immediate vicinity of the hill: the <a href=\"https:\/\/visitmonterosa.com\/esperienze\/istituto-scientifico-angelo-mosso-18690\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Angelo Mosso Scientific Institute<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/visitmonterosa.com\/esperienze\/istituto-scientifico-angelo-mosso-18690\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">City of Vigevano Shelter<\/a> (closed since 2012) and the <a href=\"https:\/\/it.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rifugio_Guglielmina\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guglielmina Shelter<\/a> (burned in 2011).<\/p>\n<p>It is a long and easy trail that has a &#8220;gastronomically&#8221; interesting feature: it passes in the vicinity of no less than 8 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/en\/refuges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">huts<\/a>, so you will certainly not have the problem of where to stop and eat&#8230; The arrival station of the gondola is located at <em>Passo dei Salati<\/em>:<em>Col D&#8217;Olen<\/em> is the pass immediately above, as seen in the image below taken from Google Earth. Below the Salati Pass, a short distance from the arrival of the gondola, is the highest refuge: the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sentierigressoney.it\/en\/refuges\/#stolemberg\" target=\"_blank\"
